A home inspection is an objective, visual assessment of the physical structure and the functional systems of the house, under normal conditions, from foundation to roof. This will include an examination of the installed appliances, the HVAC, electrical system, plumbing system and devices, and the physical structure of the house such as roof, attic, walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and the foundation.
